We will send you a confirmation email and invoice with order details after your purchase. Then, we will contact you directly to arrange a suitable day and time for all deliveries.

However, we cannot change or cancel an order once it is in the shipping process. If your order cannot be canceled and you are not satisfied with it, please refer to timbermix.com.my according to our Terms & Conditions.

Please note that this applies to deliveries to MALAYSIA mainland postcodes only.

*There are some out of area postcodes where delivery can take longer.
*For more specific information other than Klang Valley area please contact our Customer Services team on timbermixcollection.com for exact quotes to avoid overpriced estimation on delivery cost.

The delivery services will not run on Sunday and Public Holidays. Your orders will arrive between Monday to Saturday only.

Kindly amend the arrangements to receive your goods at home. On the scheduled delivery date, our delivery team will contact you directly to confirm the delivery as well as the expected arrival time. For more details please refer to Terms & Conditions.

When will my order be ready?
As a number of our items are made to order, please check each individual product for the estimated lead time. The different status options are explained below:

Please note that lead times quoted are given in good faith. They are based on the best available information from our manufacturer at the time of purchase. Where any delay occurs we will notify you by email at the earliest opportunity.
