These are the Terms & Conditions governing the use of this Service and the agreement that operates between you and Timber Mix Design. These Terms & Conditions set out the rights and obligations of all users regarding the use of the service
Your access to and use of the service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms & Conditions. These Terms & Conditions apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service
By accessing or using the service you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these Terms & Conditions then you may be able to access the service.
Timber Mix Design will amend the Terms & Conditions from time to time. You will be notified of any amendments via announcement on the Site.
However, we cannot change or cancel an order once it is in the shipping process. If your order cannot be canceled and you are not satisfied with it, please refer to timbermix.com.my according to our Terms & Conditions.
The User
To place an order with Timber Mix Design, you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. Timber Mix Design does not permit those under 18 to use the service.
Responsibilities of the User
You should be personally responsible for the use of the site and the service here. You use the site and the service at your own risk. You shall use the services in accordance with the Terms & Conditions of this Agreement and any law at the time being in force in Malaysia, including but not limited to the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Content Code as well as Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Act 1998.
Timber Mix Design Responsibilities
Timber Mix Design has tried to make the descriptions including all pictures of the products as accurate as possible but you should check the dimensions stated on timbermix.com.my or contact us for exact sizes. However, some of our wooden products are sanding manually, which may result in a 0.5-2mm difference of the thickness/slight roughness or minor defects. These natural elements will not affect the products’ function. Also, the product images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the actual product due to the nature of the timber colour.
Timber Mix Design shall insure ordered products at their retail value whilst being delivered to you. Please check the delivered products as soon as possible for damage and so forth within a 24 hours frame on receipt as we will not cover any subsequent loss or destruction.
Timber Mix Design will provide its services with reasonable skill and care but does not give any guarantees, warranties or representations in respect of any other person’s services.
Because of the nature of the Internet, Timber Mix Design provides and maintains timbermix.com.my on an “as is”, “as available” basis and makes no promise that use of timbermix.com.my will be uninterrupted or entirely error free. We are not responsible to you if we are unable to provide our Internet services for any reason beyond our control.
Except as provided above we can give no other warranties, conditions or other terms, express or implied, statutory or otherwise and all such terms are hereby excluded to the maximum extent permitted by law.
You will be responsible for any breach of these terms by you and if you use timbermix.com.my in breach of these terms you will be liable to and will reimburse Timber Mix Design for any loss or damage caused as a result.
Timber Mix Design will not be liable in any amount for failure to perform any obligation under this agreement if such failure is caused by the occurrence of any unforeseen event beyond its reasonable control including without limitation Internet outages, communications outages, fire, flood, war and so forth
Please read the instructions, manuals and other user documentation that comes with your products carefully. Timber Mix Design is the manufacture of products and will provide advice on the use or operation or the manufacturer’s guidelines. You are urged to use all products safely and in accordance with the manufacturer’s guidelines.
Placing an Order
After placing your order online, please check your order confirmation to ensure that the right products have been ordered. Please also make sure that you have provided the correct phone number, address and email address, so we can contact you at a suitable delivery date.
Payment
The full amount is fully paid after you place your order and we will immediately make your new furniture, in accordance with your requirements. We accept VISA, MasterCard, and provide the most secure and encrypted online payment on the market.
Delivery
Before delivery, please ensure that the products can pass through door openings, staircases, and so forth. You can find the dimensions of all our products here on our website.
There will always be 2 people to deliver your furniture for all orders that exceed 30 kg. They will carry your new furniture into the first accessible room of your home and ask you to check the products and acknowledge receipt of correct delivery.
You will be contacted 3-7 days before your new furniture is delivered to arrange a delivery time that is suitable for you. On the day of delivery, the driver will call you approximately 30 to 60 minutes before arrival at your home. Please note that if our delivery service is unable to make the delivery upon arrival, you will be charged for a new delivery. Should your order be unexpectedly delayed, Timber Mix Design’s customer service will contact you as soon as possible to arrange a new delivery that is suitable for you.
Cancellation by Customer
Any order changes or cancellations must be communicated to customer service within 24 hours.
If we are required to refund any monies to you as a result of a cancellation due to your error, we will be entitled to deduct an amount equal to the processing charges we incurred in clearing your monies when you placed the order, as well as the charges incurred when refunding the monies to you.
However, in the event that you have already used the item, an amount corresponding to the decrease in resale value will be deducted. Any cancellation request received after 24 hours or once an order has been dispatched will be denied.
Return & Refund
Once purchased, goods are not to be refundable, returned, transferred or exchanged. You may only return your goods due to any of the following reasons:

For any cases of dented or defects of the product, customers should inform timbermix.com.my customer service within 24 hours or else void exchange.
In the event a Merchant ceases trading during the validity period within 7-days, you may be offered an alternative of equal value, or may request a return by writing an email to timbermixcollection@gmail.com or send a message to us via WhatsApp +60122125536
Goods returned to us by the buyer will travel at the buyer’s risk and expense. Refunds can only be made to the credit or debit card used to purchase the products. No refund is available after the expiry date.

No Warranty
Timber Mix Design does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or secure access to the Services, and operation of the Site may be disrupted due to numerous factors outside the Timber Mix Design’s control and Timber Mix Design shall not be liable for any loss, liability, or damage which the user may incur as a result.
The Site and the Services are provided “as is’’ and as and when available, without any warranty of any kind whether express or implied including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for purpose, title, or non-infringement. To the extent permissible by law the Timber Mix Design excludes all implied warranties, conditions, or other terms, whether implied by statute or otherwise, including without limitation any terms as to skill and care timeliness of performance.
The user acknowledges and agrees that Timber Mix Design does not endorse or recommend, is not an agent, reseller, or distributor of, and has no control over any product or services advertised on the Site through the Services, and Timber Mix Design hereby expressly disclaims all liabilities and responsibilities arising in relation to any products or services whether available or advertised via the Site through the Services.
The User agrees that all statements, offers, information, opinions, materials, content and third-party products or services, from other users and from advertisers and other third parties on this Site should be used, accepted, and relied upon only with care and discretion and at the user’s own risk, and Timber Mix Design shall not be responsible for any loss, damage or liability suffered by the User arising from such use or reliance.
Copyright and TradeMarks
Timber Mix Design does not give you any right or interest in any copyright or intellectual property rights in any product nor the right to copy them.
The copyright in timbermix.com.my and the content of all the software, website and pages relating to the timbermix.com.my website is owned by or licensed to Timber Mix Design, unless otherwise specified and may not be used, copied or altered without our express consent.
Copyright extends to the design, look and feel of timbermix.com.my, all photographs on it and its marketing materials.
You may use timbermix.com.my for private and personal non-commercial use only such as to view, copy and print portions of timbermix.com.my for the sole purpose of placing orders. The materials on timbermix.com.my may not be used for any other purpose.
Timber Mix Design, timbermix.com.my and our logos are trade names or trademarks of Timber Mix Design and may not be used by anyone else without our express permission.
Governing Laws
These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia and submitted to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located for the resolution of any disputes.
